The search engines are smart enough to understand what the page is about. When writing an informative page you could come up with a list of questions to ask about that term or topic. While this way you will have the baseline for a relevant article or page, it is not the only way to grow your site's keyword relevancy.
It is not about tricking the search engines into thinking your page is about something, it is actually making the page about the term. You want to write clear and simple.
